[synopsis] => Abuse is a sensitive subject. We have all probably been exposed to some, even indirectly. We see hostility and violence, and hear stories of it. This book is about how to apply an emotional technique to help reduce and stop many of the effects on a person. The purpose is to teach the concepts of Emotional Charge, and how to apply a technique the author discovered in 2009 to the subject of abuse. Abuse in all forms has many emotional issues in common. One is shock. Another is overall trauma. There may be physical, emotional, or psychological pain, and scars. The author gives a history of emotional charge, then teaches the concepts, the technique, and how to apply it to the shock and traumatic episodes incurred with forms of abuse. The author has PTSD from illness, not all abuse is from negative people, though the author has experieced that too. Abuse from people is discussed, and how the technique helps reduce its effects. Many examples are given on how to use the technique. This is a short work, the technique is taught in about the first 10-15 minutes of reading. It is a fairly easy read, it does not use a lot of "jargon". There is a glossary of terms. These are some things the technique works on... suicidal thoughts, flashbacks, panic attacks, aggravation, anger, hate, hostility, sadness, grief, guilt, worthlessness, hopelessness, fears, stress, intimidation, shyness, worry, horror, terror, panic and MORE. With PTSD, the author uses the technique to stop those, and has done so since early 2009. Now you can have a personal technique in hand for past or present abuse issues. What you can expect from this book is to learn the technique, how to apply it, and see results. Recovery takes time, but betterment can start on the first day. If you could stop one negative emotional episode today, would that not be an improvement? It is possible with this technique.
